Order took 3 weeks and 3 emails to be delivered. Sizing was huge!! then I returned it and have now waited 15 days for a refund.

Slow and non existent customer service
Slow and non existent customer service. Ordered clothes in the wrong size because it wasn’t clear what their sizing was, sent back been over two weeks and no update as to when I’ll a full at receive the refund. Avoid.

Double charged and no refund
Awful customer service. I wanted to order something and the first order failed because of the payment error through iDeal. However, I was successfully charged on my bank account. I tried placing the order again and the second time it worked just fine, but I was still left with a double charge of the same order.
I've been trying to contact support for days and they'll tell me they won't do any refund for the failed order because it doesn't appear in their system. I did provide them bank statements and screenshots from the app, but they keep ignoring me. Never ordering online ever again.

I made a mistake!!
Until they change from evri/Hermes I won't be ordering again.
Tried to cancel the order, nope they won't entertain the idea, it's supposedly my fault the delivery company didn't even pass the door let alone attempt delivery.
We might be off to the small claims court yet to get money back!

Impressed with their bras
I have never shopped with Monki before and wasn't really expecting much. I have bought or been gifted bralettes in the past that have either been ill fitting or bad quality, and when looking to buy some more i had been looking in websites that are very expensive (in my opinion). So I didnt expect much when placing my order for 5 sale bralettes.
I am so impressed!
The quality is lovely. I like the detail of the clasp having slightly longer material to cover the eyelets and I love the stretch. I also like the fact that as someone with a modest bust, but a broad back, that I didn't have to buy in a size XL as so many brands like to call a size 12 to 14 these days. So thank you for the morale boost too!
Dumbest customer support ever
I ordered two bras listed as 100% cotton. One was not and the other one didn't even have the tag on. I sent the parcel back through their own service and asked for a refund. I sent the evidence of the payment along with the order number but they play dumb as if they couldn't match it with my account.
Result? I paid for something that was not what I ordered, I sent it back but they kept the money.

Always happy with the service & clothing
Always happy with the items, but recently had to return some shoes which didn't fit properly. I was on holiday and didn't see the refund or notification of return through so I chased via email and they got back to in less than 24 hours with both an email and phone call to confirm the refund which came through. Quality customer service!

Received a soiled skirt
Received a soiled skirt, already worn by another customer. I offered to keep the skirt for a 50% discount as the skirt was sold out in my size. All I was offered out of a total of £34 was £4.50 discount!

Slow refunds
Was quite happy with my shirt. However I had to return another item and very very slow return service. Had to chase refund and still waiting! Don’t think I will order again

Delivery and returns process very smooth
My positive review is mostly for the efficient delivery and returns process. My order was dispatched and delivered in a timely manner, and when I returned the parcel via Evri using an InPost locker I received my refund within a couple of days of it arriving with Monki. The whole thing was much smoother than I expected given the reviews here.
The clothes themselves were overpriced in my opinion, and it's odd how your order confirmation says that your payment method was Klarna even when you paid outright using a credit card. That concerned me a bit.
I don't think I'd order from Monki again as the clothes I tried didn't suit me, were in unexpected fabrics (a maxi t-shirt dress was in hugely heavy jersey which clung uncomfortably, and a shorter t-shirt dress was truly tent-like even though I bought the right size), and the lack of detail and reviews about garments means that buying is a crapshoot.
Poor quality and horrendous delivery
Like a lot of people leaving reviews, I used to love Monki. The quality used to be great.
Recently ordered two of the exact same dress in two sizes. They arrive and despite being black, one is a dark grey colour, thought I was going crazy as no grey is available!
The two dresses were then both damaged, one had a ripped seam and make up on it, the other had a cut in the fabric that looked like it was from a blade. Returned both and contacted customer service.
They told me to order another and they’d refund next day delivery for me. Go to reorder and next day isn’t even an option.. so have to use standard delivery. Still waiting 6 days later and now left without a dress I specifically ordered for an event tomorrow.

I used to love Monki. Over the past few years I’ve had some lovey pieces from the brand, and recommended it to all my friends. However the past few things I’ve bought have been horrible quality. I bought a £45 seersucker maxi dress which looked like it was from Primark, and a terribly stitched pair of cord trousers. Both returned and I won’t be buying from them again until the quality improves. Such a shame.

I paid extra for quick delivery
I paid extra for quick delivery. Not only was it 5 days late but delivered to a collection point when I requested a home delivery due to no transport. POOR customer service did not even contact me or refund my quick delivery payment! Won’t use again!
